“Die Diskussionsrunde beim diesjährigen Handelsblatt Auto-Gipfel zum Automatisierten Fahren hat gezeigt, dass dieses Thema trotz aller technischer Fortschritte beim Autokunden noch sehr umstritten ist. Sehen die Einen die Zukunft der individuellen Mobilität bereits in einer Art Raumschiff Enterprise – stets vernetzt und überwacht, befürchten die Auguren einer traditionellen selbstgesteuerten Automobilität schon die Vernichtung eines 128 Jahre währenden Freiheitsgefühls individueller Mobilität. Insoweit besteht für die nächsten Jahre noch genügend Diskussions- und Entwicklungsbedarf um den Autokunden von Komfort- aber Sicherheitsaspekten des Automatisierten Fahrens zu überzeugen. Hier konnte die Diskussionsrunde auf dem Auto-Gipfel wertvolle Ideen und Argumente liefern.”
