received his M.S. in electrical engineering from the Technical University of Timisoara, Romania in 1993 and his Ph.D. in automatic control from the Technical University of Munich in 2002. Since 2012 he is the head of the Institute of Robotics and Mechatronics at the German Aerospace Center (DLR), which he joined in 1995 as a Ph.D. candidate. Moreover, he is a professor at the Technical University of Munich, holding the Chair for "Sensor Based Robotic Systems and Intelligent Assistance Systems" at the Computer Science Department. His personal research interests include robot design, modeling and control, nonlinear control, flexible joint and variable compliance robots, impedance and force control, physical human-robot interaction, bio-inspired robot design and control. He received several awards, including the IEEE King-Sun Fu Best Paper Award of the Transactions on Robotics in 2012 and 2014; several ICRA and IROS Best Paper Awards as well as the DLR Science Award. He was strongly involved in the development of the DLR light-weight robot and its commercialization through technology transfer to KUKA.

is managing an international team of Machine Learning and AI specialists for Google Cloud in EMEA. His passion are data-driven technologies and the development of technology competencies in companies and society to which he regularly performs as a keynote speaker.
In addition, he is a freelance lecturer in business informatics and deals with the topics AI, Big Data and "Opinion Leader Identification & Management". His research interests are in the areas of text mining and competition & tender analysis with the application of Machine Learning. Ebener is author and co-author of several books and papers which are published i.a. in IEEE.
As a trained data scientist, he has practical experience in building data pipelines and model development. Ebener is also involved in the research area "Business Analytics" at IFID, the Institute for IT Management & Digitization at the University of Economics & Management.

Wolfgang Hildesheim is a high energy physicist by education. He worked at CERN and DESY. After more than ten years in research and consulting he took the Executive Vice President role for Worldwide Sales and Marketing of a family owned company in the area of Big Data and Communication Intelligence. Being a member of the board he significantly grew revenues and profits, in particular through individual custom solutions and strong client orientation. In 1997 Wolfgang Hildesheim joined IBM to lead the Automotive, Aerospace and High Tech Practice. Since 1999 he led IBM`s Big Data Industry Solution Business In Europe helping client enterprises to become more data driven and create business value by using Analytics. Since 2012 Wolfgang Hildesheim is responsible for creating and growing IBM's Watson Business in Europe with a major focus on Germany. Watson Solutions are IBM`s answer to the current worldwide Artifical Intelligence (AI) mega trend, offering unmatched intelligent services and competitive edge. While the risks of a Super AI are overestimated in the public discussion and driven by Hollywood, the market opportunity for growth and new jobs related to Narrow AI technologes are underestimated. Wolfgang Hildesheim is regularly presenting at several conferences and publications related to AI.

Als Geschäftsführer der UnternehmerTUM GmbH ist Dr. Andreas Liebl unter anderem für die appliedAI-Initiative mit Partnern wie Google und NVIDIA zuständig. Die Initiative zählt mit 40 Partnern zu den größten Initiativen in Europa im Bereich angewandter künstlicher Intelligenz und beantwortet die organisatorischen, technologischen und strategischen Fragen von Unternehmen in der Anwendung von KI. Vor seiner Zeit bei UnternehmerTUM hat er fünf Jahre bei McKinsey gearbeitet und am Lehrstuhl für Entrepreneurship an der TU München promoviert. In seiner Doktorarbeit begleitete er ein Jahr lang 120 Start-ups und untersuchte deren Unternehmenskultur und -identität.

studierte Wirtschaftsinformatik an der VWA Stuttgart und entwickelte anschließend ein Big Data System bei Web.de. Nach einem Abstecher in ein Startup im Bereich Social Shopping wechselte Herr Schladitz im Jahr 2011 zur Capgemini. Dort arbeitete er als Architekt und Service Delivery Manager in großen Off- und Nearshore-Projekten im Bereich Data Warehousing und Big Data. In einer weiteren Station baute er den Bereich Big Data & Analytics in Deutschland auf bevor er im Jahr 2018 das neu gegründete Center of Excellence Artificial Intelligence Deutschland als Leiter übernahm. Das CoE verbindet die verschiedenen Initiativen und Handlungsströme innerhalb der Capgemini Deutschland und unterstützt Kunden und Mitarbeiter mit Lösungen, Ausbildung und Beratung zum Thema KI.
